  • The person making the booking must be 18 or older, and only the people named on the booking are allowed to stay. You may be asked for evidence that the group consists of adults if more than two people are requested.     
  • The person making the booking is to ensure that all persons in their group adhere to the terms and conditions of booking
  • Bookings need to be made on our online via our booking system, with full payment. If you wish to extend your stay, any additional nights need to be paid in the same way.
  • All bookings are non-transferable, this means that you transfer it to someone else.
  • If you do not arrive, the entire booking will be deemed cancelled, and no refund can be given.
  • Brickwalls Barn is an adults only site, so no one under the age of 18 is allowed on site, please respect the other other adults on the site.
  • Guests are strongly recommended to take out adequate travel / cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances and potential financial loss.
  • Force Majeure: Brickwalls Barn is not liable for refunds or expenses if unable to fulfil a booking due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, war)
  • Brickwalls Barn rules and regulations to be adhered to please
  • Pitch occupancy, the number of people per pitch must not exceed the maximum number stipulated at the time of booking.
  • Check in is from 3pm, check out from 11am the next day please do not overstay, a late departure may incur an additional charge.
  • Only one vehicle is typically allowed per pitch; additional vehicles must be parked in designated visitor areas. All vehicles must be roadworthy, insured, taxed, and driven by a full license holder. A strict speed limit of 5 mph applies within the property. Commercial vehicles may be prohibited.
  • Guests are expected to be mindful of noise levels, especially during designated quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am. Antisocial or illegal behaviour may result in being asked to leave the site without a refund.
  • All and any pets must be kept under control (e.g., on a lead) and any mess must be cleaned up immediately.
  • Guests must adhere to fire safety guidelines, including maintaining a minimum 6-metre spacing between caravans/motorhomes to prevent fire spread.
    Open fires and fire pits are not permitted.
  • Guests must use designated points for chemical closet and waste water disposal. 
  • Guests are financially responsible for any damage or breakages they cause to park property or facilities.
  • Brickwalls Barn limits its liability for loss or damage to guest property, pets, or personal injury unless proven to be a result of their negligence. Guests are assumed to have adequate insurance to cover their personal possessions.
  • Brickwalls Barn reserves the right to refuse a booking or evict guests who breach the terms and conditions or site rules, without a refund.
  • Brickwalls Barn will use guest information in accordance with their privacy policy. 
  • Brickwalls Barn is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property. This includes theft, accidents, and illness
  • The information provided on our website is a guide and can not be guaranteed to be accurate, complete or current, guests are responsible for verifying any information given.
